[Video] Wild Rice, Blueberry, Edamame Salad

 

 

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover wild rice and quinoa.

It is such a pretty salad, combining spinach, red cabbage, red onion, blueberries and edamame with the rice and quinoa.

This salad served cold, will actually be great for balancing your PH levels,

containing both lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

It’s making my mouth water just telling you about it.

Can’t wait to mix some up.

Stores great in the fridge.
