[Video] Waldorf Salad- Vegan, Gluten-free, No Refined Sugar

 

 

 

I have always loved Waldorf salad.

I have fond memories of my Mother making it over the years growing up.

The recipe was created by a famous chef at the Waldorf Hotel in New York.

It then in the 1920’s became very popular throughout the US.

It is simply a delicious way to eat fruits and nuts together and so good for you.

This version includes a replacement for the traditional mayonnaise, so great for vegans.

If you are not vegan and don’t want to make that part, just use regular mayonnaise.

Some people add coconut to theirs and it’s good too, in case you love coconut and want to experiment.
