[Video] Mediterranean Tabbouleh-Vegan, Gluten-free, No Refined Sugar

 

 

This recipe for tabbouleh is different from the traditional recipes.

This version uses cauliflower, which has been shredded in a food processor,

instead of the traditional bulgur wheat. Great for gluten-free diets.

This recipe also is oil free.  If you’d like to add a little oil, cold pressed,

organic olive oil would be an excellent choice.

I personally have tried adding fresh mint and it’s delish!

Totally raw, vegan and gluten-free.
